Our RPA Implementation Approach

Research & Analytics

You may be trying to improve an internal business process, or you may be trying to improve your customers' experience. No matter who the target users are, we start by understanding the problem you are trying to solve.

At this stage of the process, we have two teams involved in hands on research.

Our team of ethnographers and design researches interact with your target audience (employees or customers) to understand the problem at a deeper level and analyze the dependencies of the problem. Depending on the type of problem, we use tools such as ethnographic research, social media research, trends observatory, progressive user network, technology scouting, as well as sensory labs.

Our team of analysts focus on market research to understand the current market landscape, and identify opportunity areas for the project approach.

Planning Strategy

We help you define a point of view, identify prioritized goals, and the most efficient path(s) to get there.

Depending on the type of project, this may include creating go to market strategies, benchmarking competition, developing personas, identifying consumer triggers, mapping opportunity zones, developing customer experience journey, and developing an agile strategy with budget allocation.

Design & Prototype

We start with ideation, where we brainstorm potential solutions from a user-centric perspective; these concepts are introduced to the client and tested quickly on the end users to identify viable solutions. Our team of engineers also focus on high level cost estimates for every solution, to ensure adhereance to the budget identified during market research.

The next steps may differ based on the solution - hardware, software, or both.

If it is a hardware solution, we focus on surface development using AutoDesk tools to fully control our designs, run simulations, and deliver the data necessary for engineering and manufacturing. The models built at this stage are also tested on the end users; their feedback is used to further enhance structural, mechanical, aesthetic, and experiential details. At this stage, we also focus on applying brand characteristics into the solution.

Process may include: Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, Identity Design, Color Materials and Finishes, technical drawings, rapid prototypes, and pre-production prototyping

If it is a software solution, such as a mobile or web app design, then we use tools like InVision to bring to life our wireframes and test on end users.

Regardless of the type of solution, we design, develop, and finalize your design appropriate for market fit, while integrating engineering for manufacturability and/or production.

Test in the field

Once a solution has been designed, we develop a pre-production prototype.

Our UX/UI designers test the prototype on end users, and focus on ensuring clarity, approachability, and short learning curves. They ensure that interfaces are intuitive to operate and provide strategic differentiation for our clients.

Ready for Production

For hardware solutions, we provide manufacturing specification drawing packages, part data delivery, communication, and support for our clients as their solution moves into production tooling.

We also provide our clients with a network of domestic and international manufacturers in case the client does not have in house manufacturing capabilities.

For software solutions, we provide proper design documentation for clients that would like to develop the solution in house; for other clients, we also offer custom web and mobile app development capabilities.

Why Us?

We are different from our competitors. Here are some reasons why.

Human-Centered Design

We have experienced designers on our team that consider every touch-point as an opportunity to surprise, delight, and deliver benefits to users. Every Salesforce implementation we do counts the number of clicks different users will have to go through to get their work done. Then, we think of ways to minimize the time and clicks. And we do it. Unlike our competitors, usability is at the forefront of our solution.

Metrics for Measuring Success

We don't just mobilize your business processes and tell you that "you're now efficient". We show it to you using data. Every implementation project we do includes KPI tracking, to help you pinpoint areas of improvement in the established processes.

Long term Support

Our support team is available, at no extra cost, for one month after go-live, so that you will always find the help you need. Our competitors give you less than one week.

Our change management team creates video tutorials to help the users beyond the one month of free support, because our job is to make your job easier. Our competitors do not support video tutorials.

No surprises in Price or Scope

Unlike our competitors, we are very transparent about our pricing. We only work on fixed-price projects (unless you're in need of maintenance support) with a clearly defined scope, payment periods, and acceptance criteria. This way, there are no billing surprises, ever.

Three Stages

All of our clients go through three stages before they've streamlined their business and are floating on the cloud.

01 Frustrated

There comes a time when small and mid-sized businesses realize how time consuming their sales process it. They have a list of leads that they maintain using Excel, and call potential leads everyday in hopes of converting them to customers. Navigating through this spreadsheet takes the sales team (which is often one person) a very long time.

02 Curious

The heavy spreadsheet tracker makes the clients wonder if there's something else out there to help them manage their lists better. And, more often than not, the clients discover Salesforce.com - the leading CRM in the world.

The plethora of functionality generally overwhelms the clients, who either give up the search and go back to their spreadsheet, or decide to go with Salesforce because of its reputation.

We believe that evaluating Salesforce for your business needs is extremely important, and as such, we have created a custom offering package, creatively called “Considering Salesforce”, to help you decide if it fits your business needs.

03 On-board

After realizing the potential advantages of using Salesforce, the clients are generally excited about moving to the cloud, and can’t wait to get started.

While we believe that understanding client requirements are important, we know that there is no better way to validate them besides actually delivering a product that clients can test by using. That’s why we use an Agile delivery method to ensure that clients have a usable implementation from day one.

In addition to that, our “New Implementation” package includes on-site and virtual training, and one month of complementary support after go-live, to ensure that the client is fully on-boarded, and is actually floating on the cloud.
